The Jerred D. Ruble Family Charitable Foundation was formed for the purpose of collecting, maintaining, and displaying of historically significant pieces of agriculture equipment and other memorabilia. The Foundation was organized exclusively for charitable, religious, educational and scientific purposes, including, for such purposes, the making of distributions to organization that qualify as exempt organizations under Section 501(c)(3) of the internal Revenue Code of 1986, as amended (or corresponding section of any future federal tax code). Donation consideration will be given to organizations that demonstrate their commitment to the preservation of America’s agricultural and rural heritage. The Foundation will also support the preservation and displaying of historical equipment by supporting other charitable organizations with a similar mission. The donations can be in the form of cash and equipment loans to such organizations. Organizations satisfying the
